Vinny’s Bar is back, with a difference! Whilst we can’t go out to party then let’s bring the party to us. Instead of catering for large scale wedding and events, we have put together a home events package just to make life at home a little more exciting…
We have a mobile campervans or beetle bars available for you to hire at home and serve your drinks in style! Fancy a little luxury? Then add our hot tub package too. Complete with gazebo, fairy lights, artificial grass and a towel hanger.
Don’t let the fun end there.. add an Ooni pizza oven or outdoor film projector and screen and make a real event out of staying at home.

Heather and Rhys – August 2019

We are blessed to have such beautiful countryside on our doorstep and today we got to drive in it! Heather and Rhys chose Dusty and Bettina for their wedding cars as we were delighted to oblige!

Dusty, our 1973 microbus deluxe campervan and Bettina, our 1974 Karmann convertible beetle looked stunning in ribbons and and bunting as they made their way through the Ribble Valley in Lancashire on a beautiful sunny day.

Dusty took the bridal party and Bettina took our bride Heather and her dad to St. John’s Church, Padiham for the ceremony. After the happy couple took their vows, we has a bottle of chilled fizz waiting for them to enjoy during their journey to the Inn at Whitewell for the reception. Our classic VWs look amazing in convoy and today was no exception.

The Inn at Whitewell provided the breathtaking background for the wedding photographs and group shots, before Dusty, Bettina and I left everyone to continue their celebrations in the sun.

Heather and Phill tie the knot in Preston – July 2019

It’s always lovely to cover a local wedding and Heather and Phill’s was no different. As a surprise, Heather arranged for Bettina beetle and myself to collect Phill the groom and his best man from Lytham to drive him in style to his wedding. Phill’s face was a picture when we arrived outside and then cruised along Lytham front taking in the sights.

We had the gents arrive in good time at Preston Registry Office for meeting and greeting of their guests before Heather and her bridal party arrived in our beautiful campervan Dusty. Dressed in turquoise ribbons, Dusty’s colour complimented the bridesmaids dresses perfectly.

After the ‘I do’ at the registry office, our classic VWs formed a convoy and made our way to Barton Grange Hotel in Garstang for the celebrations to continue. We remained with the happy couple for photographs before leaving them to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Heather and Phill, thank you for having us be a part of your day.

Zoe and Simon get married – May 2019

It was a wonderful day for Zoe and Simon as they married in the beautiful St. Peters’ Church in Heysham, Lancashire. Dusty had the joy of collecting our bride Zoe from her home in Silverdale and making the most scenic journey along the coast, through Morecambe to Heysham.
After the ceremony Zoe and her new husband Simon made their way back up the coastline for their reception, stopping with a photograph with Eric along the way.
Thank you for having Dusty and I share your day, it was a real pleasure.

Sue and John – 13th April 2019

Sue and John got married!

Another amazing wedding that our camper van Dusty and I was so lucky to be a part of… Our bride Sue was collected from home in Blackburn and we made our way to the Whitaker Museum in Rawtenstall, Lancashire for the wedding ceremony and reception. What a superb venue! Very different, very intimate and wonderfully hosted too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere a little bit different.

After the ceremony and group photographs, we then transformed Dusty into a Camperbooth for the evening entertainment. A superb wedding party gave us lots of laughs and shenanigans and you know it’s been an amazing night when everyone hugs you goodbye…

Rebecca and Leon at Ashton Memorial – April 2019

Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover this wedding! Doris the VW split screen and Bettina beetle were truly honoured to be a part of Rebecca and Leon’s wedding day.

We collected the bridal party in both vehicles and made the journey to the most stunning venue that is Ashton Memorial. The wedding VWs were dressed in grey ribbons to match the bridesmaids dresses with neutral coloured flowers.

After the ceremony, Doris escorted the bridesmaids whilst Leon and Rebecca had a beautiful journey in an open topped Bettina, with a glass of fizz through the Park to waving crowds.

More photographs were taken at Lancaster Brewery, where we left everyone to eat, drink and be merry.

Many congratulation to you both, it was a pleasure to drive you.

Beetle fun in the sun!

It may be unseasonal weather at the moment, but we are definitely making the most of the sun. Bettina beetle has been pootling around the streets of Preston with her roof down, basking in the sunshine.

There’s nothing like a classic VW and it’s fair to say she pulls in the crowds wherever she goes and has to be one of the most photographed cars in Fulwood!

Bettina is available for chauffeur driven wedding hire in Preston and surrounding areas. We cover all of Lancashire and are more than happy to travel further afield in the North West.
